Korean housewife Jung Da Yeon, 46, weighed a hefty 70kg after having two children. In 2003, she lost 20kg in just three months by following a strict diet and exercise plan.
Following her dramatic weight loss, Ms Jung became famous after she published her diet books, workout videos, and photos online and in print, reports blog.dramafever.com. She even had her own Nintendo Wii game released in Japan called 'Mom-chan Diet Wii: Figure-robics by Jung Da Yeon'.
She became known in South Korea as 'momjjang ajumma', which means 'mum with a striking figure'.
Asian housewives were motivated by Ms Jung's amazing transformation, and started working out too in a bid to achieve the momjjang look. This trend became known as the momjjang syndrome.

It is not a secret or anything. We all know women are attracted to alpha males. The alpha male epitomize masculinity, leadership, and what it means to be a man. He conveys a deep inner confidence around women and people in general.
So, how do you become an alpha male?
I've compiled a list of the 5 secrets of the alpha male mindset. Follow these guidelines and you will be on the correct path to finding lasting success with women and dating.
1. Thoughts Are Real
It all starts here. The first step is acknowledging the thoughts that you allow to run through your head are directly related to your real world experiences. Thoughts cause emotions and emotions influence behaviors. To become an alpha male, you need to be aware of how your daily thought habits are affecting your behaviors and attractiveness to women.
2. Take responsibility
Understand that you, and only you, are responsible for your own thoughts. Successful men have learned this at some point in their lives. Changing habits isn't always easy, especially if you've had them for a long time. But to become more alpha and to attract more beautiful women, you will need to get into a habit of positive thinking. You have to believe you deserve success.
3. Change your inner dialogues through affirmations
"Life sucks. Girls don't like guys like me. She will probably reject me anyway."Repeating negative self talk such as these examples tend to pile up in your subconscious mind. The longer the habit, the harder it is to change. The good news is that you can reverse these negative habits by a process called cognitive restructuring.
Take the example "I am becoming an alpha male." At first, your mind might reject this thought because of years of bad negative thinking habits. However, try repeating this phrase for a couple minutes, several times a day, for a couple weeks. It is very important that you visualize and feel your affirmations for maximum results. Then one day, you will catch yourself doing something that you have never done before, like walking up to that hottie sitting in the coffee shop and initiating a conversation. Remember, affirmations develop gradually so give it some time. It is well worth the effort.
4. Take action
Women are attracted to men who know what they want and aren't afraid to go after it. Don't worry about making mistakes. Be willing to make your own decisions, and accept the responsibility of your own choices. When you want something bad enough, you'll find a way to get it
5. No such thing as failure
Being rejected by a woman is a fear common to most men. But approaching and being rejected is better than doing nothing. Not only will you learn that it's no big deal to get rejected, but you can also figure out what you could've done differently the next time.
Sort out your inner game first. Clear out the negativity, and success with women and dating will take care of itself.
